Enrollment for the upcoming School Year 2022-2023 is open! We ask that all Stoddert families please complete their student’s re-enrollment as soon as possible. This information helps us inform staffing decisions and enrollment projections. The first district-wide enrollment benchmark for all DCPS Schools, like Stoddert, is for schools to be 60% enrolled to their projected enrollment

Please remember that school grounds are closed at this time, including the upper playground and loser basketball area. While I was on campus this week I saw evidence of skateboarding on the playground, and also noticed that one of our picnic tables has been broken. So please observe the Mayor’s school closure order.
As you may or may not know, a majority of Stoddert’s parking lot is filled with our “West Wing” (4th grade classrooms, Spanish, ELL and Science). This forces many teachers and staff to park on the street. The problem is that most teachers do not live in Zone 3 which means their cars can’t legally

Beginning in early June, we will begin offering seats to our lottery waiting list. Remember, to enroll in the extended day program next year, families MUST first re-enroll. Please re-enroll now at https://enrolldcps.dc.gov/node/76.
The supply boxes for next year are now ready to order. Teachers find it VERY helpful when parents order their supplies through Sprout Supplies. It gives teachers a chance to label and sort supplies before the kids arrive at the start of the school year. Buying through Sprout also raises important funds for Stoddert. Please order early and remember to order supplies specified for your child(ren)’s grade.
