We are ready to celebrate fireside with you this Saturday at the annual auction – the school’s biggest fundraiser of the year! Here is more information about our Happy Campers celebration:
Tickets are no longer for sale online, but you are still able to attend by purchasing a ticket at the door from 7 – 8pm. The auction will be in the Stoddert gymnasium from 7 – 11pm.
We have many amazing items up for bid, including class projects and baskets, sports classes, wine tastings and so much more! View the catalog of items up for bid!
Schedule of the Night
7pm: Silent Auction open, appetizers passed
7:30pm: Welcome, Jen Perry, PTO President & Auctioneer, Christian Hunt Introduction
8pm: Main buffet open
8:30pm: Silent Auction closes
8:45pm: Live Auction begins
9:30-9:45pm: Outdoor Fire Pits, trail mix, dancing and Check Out begins
11pm: Event Close, clean up begins
11-12am: Head over to Town Hall for Happy Hour priced drinks for Stoddert guests
We are in need of all the help that we can get with set up, clean up and assistants during the event. Please check out the volunteer list right here.
I can’t attend, may I still donate?
There are plenty of ways for everyone to donate, even if you are not able to attend the auction. You can make a donation by purchasing a Can’t Make It Ticket right here.
