The Stoddert Farmer’s Market committee is in search of volunteers to help with picking up produce. This spring, our school’s Farmer’s Market, which is Thursdays set up after school, will be receiving produce from DC Greens‘ K Street Farm to supplement the produce that comes from our own school garden. The hens and chicks will be returning to Stoddert this spring! Please sign up to help care for them over the weekends. The Stoddert garden is a gem of the community and a big part of each student’s learning. On September 2, 2015, Stoddert’s new garden coordinator, Ms. Hannah, will host a meet-and-greet in the garden.
