Extended Day Enrollment
The Stoddert PTA Extended Day Program offers before and after school care. We are registering children for the 2012-2013 school year NOW!.
If you are interested in our services, please read and complete the new 2012-2013 Parent Contract, Payment Agreement Form and Emergency Contact Form. Your child[ren] cannot participate in the Extended Day Program until all paperwork and payments are received and you have a zero balance for the school year 2012-2013. (Note: The aftercare forms are provided as Google documents. If you have any trouble with the links above, make certain that your browser is not blocking cookies from Google Docs.)
Since this is a PTA sponsored program, all families MUST pay their 2012-2013 PTA dues in order to participate in the EXTENDED DAY PROGRAM. This program is a business which is not supplemented by DCPS but run on parental payments. If you anticipate difficulty with payment for services, please contact me.
