General PTA meeting; send in your enrollment forms now; Science Fair projects are due June 6; Summer Camp application deadline is extended to May 25.

Here’s a short list of Fillmore’s exhibits and concerts to round out the 2010-2011 school year.
The District of Columbia Animal Care & Control and Washington Humane Society will be providing a low-cost vaccination clinic this Saturday, April 30 from noon to 4 PM. The clinic will be at Planet Pet, located at 1711 Florida Ave, NW, and will offer vaccinations and other services.
The District Department of Transportation’s Urban Forestry Administration will spray female ginkgo trees to prevent the mess and smell caused by the ripe fruit. This will likely take place in late April. DDOT Trees will use the same spray that has been used for the past several years, Shield-EC.
A black, full-length Lands’ End down jacket (women’s size large) was left at the French Embassy after the Big Chili on April 3.
Come out on Saturday, April 30th, 2011 for the Nationals’ day game against the 2010 World Champion San Francisco Giants. Great price — tickets are only $10.00 each. Plus, 4.00 per ticket purchased will be donated to Stoddert to support science and technology education.
