Please mark your calendars for Thursday, December 16th and plan to stock up at our local Georgetown [Glover Park] Whole Foods. On that day, 5% of all sales from that store only will be donated to DC Greens.* DC Greens will, in turn, generously channel 100% of the proceeds toward our “coming-this-spring” Stoddert curriculum gardens. It’s almost the end-of-year news: Stoddert gets an energy audit by DCPS; architects will tour Stoddert with the student Green Team; we NEED health forms for all families; testing in the new year; reminders about days off, and good wishes for all
Stoddert’s PTA wishes to enter into an incentive-based contract with one or more expert grant writers to increase the funds available to enhance the learning environment and educational quality of the school.

The Fillmore chorus (comprised of students in grades 3 to 5 from Key, Hyde, Stoddert, Ross and Hearst) has two exciting upcoming performances: December 8 at DAR Constitution Hall and December 13 at the Hardy/Fillmore auditorium.
