The theme was “The Relatives Came” and students wrote 5 paragraphs about a visit with relatives. No Crossing Guard | Nov. 29 – Dec. 7

Our crossing guard will not be working from Nov. 29 to December 7th. Please be extra careful during this period whether you are walking or driving near the school. Let your kids know too, and consider offering help to those who may need it in the crossing guard’s absence.

DCPS FY12 Budget Hearing | November 29

DCPS will convene a public hearing concerning the FY12 budget on Monday, November 29, 2010 from 6 – 8 p.m. in the Old Council Chambers located at 441 4th Street NW Washington, DC 20001. The purpose of the hearing is to gather the views of the public on programs and levels of public funding to be sought for the public schools.
