Hello Everyone,

By the time you are reading this we all should have had a wonderful time at the Little Chili.  Thanks to everyone who worked so diligently on this event.  Our school is very fortunate to have so many caring parents that work for the good of all.

As you’ve probably been reading in the papers, the enrollment lottery results have been released; there are *many* families who want their children to be Stoddert Wolves for next year.  We’ll monitor our lists and work on them carefully to try to meet our projected enrollment.  If you haven’t already turned in your intent form to reenroll for next year, please do so — the district is looking for our best-projected count next week.  It’s only when we know how many students will be returning that we can add new families appropriately.

Most of you have turned in your returning-intent form (a salmon colored sheet).  If you have not, please do so as quickly as possible.  If you cannot find yours, please call us 202.671.6030 and we will get one to you.  It is so important to know, as much as possible, about our projected enrollments so we can plan our staffing and begin to order needed materials.  THANKS for getting in your forms.

Hope to see you at PTA on Thursday, 3/18/10 at 6:00 p.m.  We will have a presentation on energy issues, talk about a signature initiative for next year, and get updates on the brick campaign and other PTA business.  Please do not forget to BUY A BRICK!
