DC State Board of Education | November 18

The DC State Board of Education (DCSBOE) will receive two presentations from the Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE). OSSE will provide a briefing on the District of Columbia’s “High Risk” Corrective Action Plan (CAP) and the Common Core College and Career Readiness Standards.

The State Board will also vote on a resolution designating December as AIDS Awareness Month in the District.

The public meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at 5:30 p.m. at 441 4th Street, NW, in the District of Columbia State Board of Education Chambers, located on the lobby level of the building.
