A note from our Extended Day Karate Coach

Dear Karate Parents & Students,

I am excited to announce an upcoming special event on October, 4th 2009.  Our karate school, Kaizen Karate, has been honored with a special invitation to demonstrate our martial arts at The 25th Annual Army 10-Miler located near the Pentagon in Washington, DC.  Here are the details:

when: Sunday, October 4th, 2009  – 8:00am-11:00am
where: Pentagon in Washington, DC

travel: take the blue/yellow lines to the Pentagon or Pentagon City stations. The metro will open at 6:00am on Sunday, October 4. Allow ample time for travel.

All Kaizen Karate students who attend this special event will receive a special martial arts patch to be worn on their uniform.  The patch will be a one-time award that will not be awarded again in the future.

Demonstrations will include the following:

-katas
-sparring
-contact pads
-instructor demonstrations

We will pass around a sign up list in class to get an accurate head count.  Please feel free to email or call if you have questions.
